LINK Magazine Deadline

Monday, October 25th, 2010

It’s the end of the month and as the editor of LINK, the chamber’s magazine, this means at lot of work. Ok, some might say it’s partly due to my inability to plan properly. I say it’s much more fun to postpone and batch all related stuff to when it’s closer to deadline so that you can focus on other stuff until then. Anyways, I have done enough for today. Now: the gym.

Gym Membership

Tuesday, August 17th, 2010

Finally! I have found a gym membership that doesn’t drill a big hole in my budget. It was actually relatively inexpensive to be London. And the best part, since I signed up for a six months membership I got a PT for twelve weeks. Thx Nuffield Health. Even though I only understand half of what my PT is saying, because he is really Irish, I have really learned a lot. Apparently it is hard to bulk up at the same time you are training for a marathon. Haha. No seriously he seams to know a few things.
