One thing I really love doing is to meet inspiring people. And I have been quite fortunate lately, meeting lots of inspiring people. Yesterday was one of those occasions. I was at a small workshop slash mingle with Young Entrepreneurs of Sweden organised by the member Oskar Henrikson @ Psykologifabriken. The workshop was about seven (good) habits for entrepreneurs.
One of the seven habits were to encourage. Nothing new here, but the exercise really showed how important it is. We managed to encourage one of the participants, Gustav, doing a desired task by only clapping our hands louder when he was getting closer to what we wanted him to do, no speaking was allowed. His only information was that we would give him a task when he entered the room.
Oskar and his friends at Psykologifabriken are really quite unique within their branche, they are loud, creative and outgoing, (and they are entrepreneurs!) not the first things you expect psychologists to be. Thanks for a great workshop!
