Wimbledon

Monday, July 5th, 2010

Yesterday I went up really early to go to see the Grand Slam final of the Championships, more commonly known as Wimbledon. This year, to my great disappointment, Federer was not one of the finalists. However, to go there was still amazing, and I have to admit, Nadal can play some decent tennis. Will upload some pictures soon.

Still Alive

Good evening chaps!

Wow, I need to be better at this blogging thing. What have happened since I last wrote? I’ve been socialising a lot (fancy word for clubbing and drinking beer), watched to USA vs UK game yesterday. Wasn’t that exciting, and surprisingly many rooted for the states in the pub. This Friday I was invited, though ‘the Chamber’, to play golf with the Royal Swedish Golfing Society at Effingham Golf Club. It was really fun, and I did ok, 27 points (HCP 12.5) in 18 holes, considered I haven’t played for a year, and played with borrowed sticks.

Hmm what else. Been playing double (tennis) with Chris from Sandbox two times now against two of his German friends, last time today, will still need some practice before I can publish some scores. Good to be back on the court though.

Now I need to go to bed. Will try to get up early tomorrow to go for a run.

Cheers
